The quality of our services is dependent on our employees. Delmonico employs its own project superintendents, operators and foremen to execute your project design on time, on budget and without incident. Using our own work forces, we can provide clients with turnkey project services or supplement their work forces as needed.

Delmonico is managed by Anthony Nievera, President and Don Montgomery, Vice President. The Delmonico management team has over 50 collective years experience in the construction and environmental industries.

Prior to co-founding Delmonico, Mr. Nievera held a senior management role at Handex Group Inc., an international environmental consulting and construction company. There, he held a series of management positions, including management of Maple & Main Redevelopment, LLC, a joint venture between Handex and Commercial Net Lease Inc., which was chartered to acquire environmentally impaired property assets for redevelopment for alternate retail use. Prior to this role, Mr. Nievera worked at BP (formerly Amoco Oil Company) in charge of environmental consulting, operations, and related remediation, construction, and property asset management for all retail properties in 21 states. Mr. Nievera holds a B.S. degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Illinois-Chicago.

Mr. Montgomery has over 30 years experience in commercial, residential, and specialty construction, environmental management and remediation, and engineering disciplines. Most recently, he was a senior manager in the construction services division of Handex Group Inc., an international construction and environmental firm, where he managed a series of multi-million dollar construction projects in civil infrastructure, landfill, and parks restoration. Mr. Montgomery also brings experience in residential and commercial construction having managed construction projects for Carolina Mountain Builders. Mr. Montgomery also has significant experience in the government sector, having worked in management positions at the Georgia Department of Transportation and Georgia Environmental Protection Division. In these roles he managed environmental and construction operations as well as the inspection and enforcement of hazardous waste rules in the state of Georgia. Mr. Montgomery holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Western Carolina University.
